WEEKDAY RATE

A weekday is defined as Monday through Thursday. Contact us to discuss your needs.

RETAINER

A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer of $750 is REQUIRED to reserve a date. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to event date.

INCIDENTALS

A $300 Incidental Fee is required for all bookings. This fee will be requested to be refunded seven to ten business days after your event if there are no incidents or damages, and the rental time is not exceeded.

CANCELLATIONS

All retainers and payments received are NON-Refundable. If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 30 days prior to scheduled event. Events cancelled 30 days or less prior to event date will owe the remaining invoice balance.

ALCOHOL

If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. A copy of the license and Liquor Liability Insurance must be provided 30 days prior to your event.
